I had a dream about killing this man last night.
I love organic extra virgin olive oil.
I used to fry with olive oil.
Since I read extensively about oils and fying, I no longer fry with extra virgin olive oil.
The chemistry changes when you heat oils. You don’t get the benefits for your heart when you heart olive oil.
It is better to wait for your food to cool to add extra virgin olive oil on your food.
